By using LaunchLab’s website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

LaunchLab provides website design, development, and related digital services. All services are delivered according to a mutually agreed scope, timeline, and pricing.

3. Project Scope & Revisions

• The scope of work is defined before project commencement.

• Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

• Revisions are limited to what is specified in the selected package or agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Deliver content (text, images, branding) on time

• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

5. Payments

• All prices are agreed upon before work begins.

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

• Final deliverables are released only after full payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client after full payment.

• LaunchLab retains the right to display completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

LaunchLab shall not be liable for:

• Business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages

• Issues caused by third-party services or hosting providers

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

8. Termination

LaunchLab reserves the right to terminate services if these terms are violated or if payment obligations are not met.
