1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Cancellations Before Project Start

If a project is canceled before any work begins, a partial or full refund may be issued at LaunchLab’s discretion, excluding administrative or preparation costs.

3. Cancellations After Project Start

If a project is canceled after work has started:

• No refunds will be issued

• Any completed work up to that point remains billable

4. Custom & Consultation Services

All custom services, strategy sessions, and consultations are non-refundable.

5. Dispute Resolution

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve concerns. We aim to handle disputes professionally and fairly.
